What Indulgence4All is
A curated experience and itinerary planning service, built for moments that matter.
When you tell us where you're going, who's coming, and what would make it special, we hand back three considered shapes for the trip — Essential, Refined, and Indulgent. Each one named. Each one verifiable. Each one yours to refine, save, and book on your own terms.
Step 1 — Tell us about the trip
The opening conversation is short and surprisingly specific. We ask about your group (just you, a couple, the usual crew, a celebration), the occasion (birthday, anniversary, big adventure, just because), the destination, the dates, and the comfort level you're after.
If you've already shared this information with us before — your home airport, your dietary needs, who usually travels with you — we use it gently. Every assumption appears in front of you, and a single tap re-opens the question. We never act silently.
It takes about two minutes. There is no scoring, no quiz, no sign-up gate.
Step 2 — Three tiers, individually verified
In the time it takes to make a coffee, your itinerary appears in three shapes: Essential (considered and well-judged), Refined (elevated, with room to breathe), and Indulgent (extraordinary, for the moments that warrant it).
Every named venue — hotel, restaurant, experience, transport — is checked against Google's live business data the moment we recommend it. We confirm the address is real, the business is trading, and the location sits within fifteen miles of where you're heading. If we can't find one, we say so honestly. We would rather tell you we couldn't place a restaurant than send you to one that closed last winter.
Each suggestion carries a one-line Why this? note. The reasoning, not the marketing.

Step 3 — Refine until it feels right
A planned trip is only ever a starting point. Beneath each venue, a row of small refinements: quieter, more boutique, closer to the centre, with a spa. Tap one, then tap Find a different hotel — and we look again with the new instruction in mind. The swap happens in the same window. The rest of your trip stays put.
You can refine as often as you wish. Nothing is locked in until you book.
Step 4 — Book directly, with whom you trust
When you're ready, the booking links carry you straight to the provider. Hotels go to Booking.com. Restaurants to OpenTable. Experiences to GetYourGuide or Viator. Trains to Trainline, Eurostar, or Omio. Flights to Kiwi.com. Each is an established name, chosen because they are the partners our members already know.
In the spirit of plain English: when you book through these links, we earn a small commission from the provider. It costs you nothing extra and, importantly, it does not influence which venues we suggest. Our planner picks venues on their merits — affiliate availability is a second-order consideration, never a first.
For the full position, please read our Affiliate Disclosure.
Step 5 — Save now, sign up when you're ready
You don't need an account to plan. Every trip you build as a guest can be tucked away for thirty days while you decide. When you sign up — at your own pace, with no time pressure — the trip moves into your account as if it had always been there. Nothing to re-enter, nothing lost.
Step 6 — Your concierge desk
Once you sign in, your saved trips arrive on the Concierge dashboard with everything you'd otherwise be scrolling for: a countdown to departure, the destination's weather, a current currency reference, and a personalised pre-departure checklist tuned to your destination, your nationality, and the time you have left:
- Passport — flagged the moment yours approaches the six-month validity window most countries now require
- Visa — a clear note on whether you need one, when to apply, and where
- Travel health — vaccination guidance from your own country's health authority, plus current advisories
- Insurance — reminders to confirm the right cover for the trip you're taking, including winter sports, water sports, and other higher-risk activities that standard policies often exclude
- Currency & advisory — live exchange rate and any government travel guidance for your destination
We notify you when something matters. Your trip is fourteen days away — your checklist gets a final nudge. Your passport expires in three months — we flag it before you need to think about it.
And alongside all of it, your Concierge is one question away. "A racecourse near Hull?" "A vegetarian Michelin restaurant in Lisbon?" "What's worth doing in Tokyo for half a day?" You ask in plain English; we answer with the same care as a planned itinerary, grounded in what we already know about you and the trip you're planning. A quiet favourite of our members.
More than one destination? The Grand Tour
For multi-city journeys — a classical European circuit, a sweep through Southeast Asia, or a bespoke route through anywhere you'd like to go — our Grand Tour planner builds the trip city by city, with realistic inter-city transport (rail, ferry, or flight) suggested for each leg.
The partners we work with
Our booking partners include Booking.com, OpenTable, GetYourGuide, Viator, Kiwi.com, Trainline, Eurostar, Omio, and AirHelp — all managed through the Awin affiliate network. The full list is kept current on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
