The Process

How It Works

What Indulgence4All is

A curated planning desk for the trips that matter. You tell us where you're going, who's coming, and what would make it special — and we hand back a trip you can actually live and book, laid out day by day.

We are not a search engine. We are not a deals page. We are the planning desk you wish you had — without the calls, the comparison tabs, or the small print.

Step 1 — Tell us about the trip

The opening conversation is short and surprisingly specific. We ask about your group (just you, a couple, the usual crew, a celebration), the occasion, the destination, the dates, and the comfort level you're after.

If you've shared something with us before — your home airport, your dietary needs, who usually travels with you — we use it gently. Every assumption appears in front of you, and a single tap re-opens the question. We never act silently.

It takes about two minutes. No scoring, no quiz, no sign-up gate — and any trip you build as a guest is tucked away for thirty days while you decide, moving into your account intact whenever you sign up.

Step 2 — Three tiers, individually verified

In the time it takes to make a coffee, your trip appears in three shapes: Essential (considered and well-judged), Refined (elevated, with room to breathe), and Indulgent (extraordinary, for the moments that warrant it).

Every named venue is checked against Google's live business data the moment we recommend it — that the address is real, the business is trading, and it sits within fifteen miles of where you're heading. If we can't place one, we say so honestly, rather than send you to a door that closed last winter. Each carries a one-line Why this? note: the reasoning, not the marketing.

Step 3 — Choose a tier, and we map your whole trip

The three tiers are the taster. When one feels right, we map it across your dates into a proper day-by-day plan — a lived itinerary, not a single suggestion. A week in Naples becomes seven considered days, with a different table each evening and experiences spread across the trip, never the same day twice.

You set the pace. Gentle, Balanced, or Full — and because a holiday should leave you rested, not frayed, the gentler settings build in real downtime and name it, rather than simply cramming less. Mark any day to keep clear and we protect it. The whole plan is shaped around who's actually coming: a morning that suits a four-year-old is not the morning that suits two adults.

Step 4 — Book it, day by day — and adjust freely

Your day-by-day plan is where you book. Each stay, experience, and dinner carries its own link — the hotel to Booking.com, restaurants to OpenTable, experiences to GetYourGuide or Viator — pre-filled with the right date so you land on the day that matters. Tick each off as you go; we keep count, quietly, so you always know what's left.

Nothing is fixed. Ask for a different restaurant and we look again, the swap landing in place while the rest of your trip stays put. Add something to a day, or clear a day back to rest — the plan bends to you, and anything you've already booked is never touched.

In plain English: when you book through these links, we earn a small commission from the provider. It costs you nothing extra, and it does not influence which venues we suggest — our planner picks on merit, never on affiliate availability. For the full position, see our Affiliate Disclosure.

Step 5 — Getting there and back, kept separate

The day plan is your time there. Getting to the country and home again is a different matter, so we keep it apart. On your checklist you'll find the journey itself — flights, Eurostar, car hire — alongside the things that surround any trip: passport, visa, insurance, currency, and a last few final checks.

Two clean concerns, never tangled: one place for how you get there and what you need, one for how you spend your days.

Step 6 — We travel with you

Once you sign in, your trips arrive on the Concierge dashboard with everything you'd otherwise be scrolling for — a countdown to departure, the destination's weather, a current currency reference, and a pre-departure checklist tuned to your destination, your nationality, and the time you have left:

We reach out only when something matters. Fourteen days out, your checklist gets a final nudge. Your passport nears expiry, and we flag it before you need to think about it. And once you're away, each morning brings a quiet note — in the destination's own local time — of what you've booked for the day ahead, so nothing planned slips past.

Alongside all of it, your Concierge is one question away. "A racecourse near Hull?" "A vegetarian Michelin restaurant in Lisbon?" "What's worth doing in Tokyo for half a day?" You ask in plain English; we answer with the same care as a planned itinerary, grounded in what we already know about you and the trip. A quiet favourite of our members.

More than one destination? The Grand Tour

For multi-city journeys — a classical European circuit, a sweep through Southeast Asia, or a bespoke route through anywhere you'd like to go — our Grand Tour planner builds the trip city by city, with realistic inter-city transport (rail, ferry, or flight) suggested for each leg.

The partners we work with

Our booking partners include Booking.com, OpenTable, GetYourGuide, Viator, Kiwi.com, Trainline, Eurostar, Omio, and AirHelp — all managed through the Awin affiliate network. The full list is kept current on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
